Challenge

The 2024/2025 FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Challenge season was the rookie year for team #65768! The FLL theme was Submerged where we used creative thinking and LEGO® technology to explore the layers of the ocean and bring learnings and ideas to the surface as we “sea” into the future.

Las Vegas Qualifier on November 16, 2024: 2nd Place Robot Performance Award, Rising All-Star Award, and invitation to the FLL Southern Nevada Championship in December 2024! 

The Robot Performance Award celebrates a team that scores the most points during the Robot Game. Teams have a chance to compete in at least three 2.5-minute matches, and their highest score counts. The Allsparks' robot’s ability to execute precise missions was a testament to the team's dedication and problem-solving skills.

The Rising All-Star Award celebrates a team the judges notice and expect great things from in the future. We secured an invitation to the FIRST LEGO League Southern Nevada Championship in December 2024, a prestigious event featuring the top 30 teams in the region.

Southern Nevada Championship on December 14, 2024: Engineering Excellence Award! The Engineering Excellence Award celebrates a team with an efficiently designed robot, an innovative project solution that effectively addresses the season challenge, and Core Values evident in all they do. This award was particularly meaningful for The Allsparks as we received it at the Championship event shortly after being awarded the Rising All-Star Award in the qualifier event.
